What is your shipping policy?

· We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Blame the pesky kids next door.

· We have a staff of two. Please allow for 2-3 business days before your order is shipped. If the order needs to be expedited, please contact us and we’re happy to accommodate your request. Additional shipping costs may apply.

· We are happy to accept international orders. Additional shipping costs may apply. 

DOMESTIC

· Our cards are shipped with USPS First Class and USPS Priority.

INTERNATIONAL

· We are happy to accept international orders. Additional shipping costs may apply. 

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

· We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

· Do you accept venmo? We do, but your order will not ship until payment is received. Please include a fun comment when you pay. It will make us smile.

· Do you accept Paypal? Yes but only through our Etsy shop.

 

Can we work together on a project?

We’re happy to collaborate with your brand. Email us at neighborlypaper@gmail.comso we can discuss the project.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want to ensure your package brightens your day. Not pleased with your purchase? Please contact neighborlypaper@gmail.com to let us know why you plan on returning your item/s.

All returned orders must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Items must also be returned with their original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note: we will not refund items due to customer error (i.e.--if a wrong address is entered) and Neighborly Paper is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
