WE'RE HIRING: MARKETING INTERN

Are you a college student looking for work this semester? Do you have a passion for paper, an eye for creativity, and a healthy addiction to social media? Do you like writing articles, blogging, and pitching to journalists? If you’re nodding your head while reading the above, then we have a great opportunity for you! 

Location: We’re flexible like Simone Biles.

Time commitment: Must commit 10 hours per week.

Dates: March-May (Or a similar 12-week period).

Pay: While the internship is unpaid (boo), we will offer course credit (yay), and will work with you to make this a meaningful experience.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with content needs related to email marketing, social media, website copy, product descriptions, and more.

  • Support with administrative tasks including media research, communication, and pitching needs.

  • Develop new ideas for leads process and customer retention by developing an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market and industry

  • Help identify opportunities, analyze trends, and forecast future performance of products

  • Conduct data analysis to drive business decisions

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned (Ex. Assisting with inventory management, mailing orders, etc.)

The must haves

  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be collaborative, responsive, and attentive.  

  • Must have a passion for current events, pop culture, and the latest trends.

  • Must express an interest in writing, graphic design, marketing, communications, PR, and/or social media.
